1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Proof (images/videos) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color, design, or size
- Custom or made-to-order products
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund method depends on original payment method
COD orders may be refunded via:
- Bank transfer
- Digital wallet
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer replacement instead of refund if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Replacement stock is available
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- The customer must return the product using a reliable courier service at their own expense
- We do not provide reverse pickup service unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts
