1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof (images/videos) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, design, or size
  • Custom or made-to-order products

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund method depends on original payment method

COD orders may be refunded via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Digital wallet

5. Exchange Policy


We may offer replacement instead of refund if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Replacement stock is available

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • The customer must return the product using a reliable courier service at their own expense
  • We do not provide reverse pickup service unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts
